"When we decided it was time to Awlgrip the 14 year old chalked “flag blue” gel coat hull of our Holland 32″ lobster yacht, there was no doubt in our minds that Hodgdon Yacht Services should do this job. With 200 years in the boat business, linked with their impeccable reputation and fair pricing, we knew we would not be disappointed. Thanks to James Fitzgerald, the painting specialist and his team, the dark blue hull was painted to a level that is actually better than when it was new.

When painting a dark color, every imperfection is magnified and reaching perfection is a challenge. To obtain this level, James went the “extra mile” in order to make this happen. The end result is beyond our expectations.
